I’m Arvin Mana-ay, a web developer and designer with about 10 years behind me. I help people and businesses get websites, funnels, and web apps that load fast, feel good to use, and hold up long after launch.

I start by learning the goals, the audience, and what actually needs to be built.
Wireframes and visuals first, so we agree on the look before any code is written.
I build the real thing: responsive, hand-written, and made to last.
I check everything across devices and browsers, then send you a preview to review.
The site goes public, and I stick around for tweaks and support.
The review loop: once it’s tested, I send you a preview to try out. You give feedback, I make the revisions, and we go back and forth on the Test & Review step until you’re happy with it. Only then does it go live.
I’ve been building websites for about 10 years now, long enough to have seen a few trends come and go. Most of what I do sits between design and front-end development, and I care a lot about pages that load fast.
I’ve worked on teams and on my own, for big brands and one-person businesses. What I care about is simple. I want sites that are easy to use, easy to update, and genuinely useful to the people paying for them, not just something that looks nice in a portfolio. When I’m not at my desk, I’m usually behind the wheel. I love driving and road trips, biking, and collecting car models, and I’ll happily lose a weekend to Formula 1 or a good superhero movie.
On-brand designs I build myself, so nothing gets lost between the mockup and the finished site.
Hand-written, responsive front-ends. No heavy page builders when plain, fast code will do.
Landing pages and funnels hooked into your CRM and payment tools, built to turn visitors into customers.
Custom web apps shaped around how your business actually works, not the other way around.
